Meet Anna 

I’m Anna, and I’ve been in the online fitness coaching space for nearly 5 years, helping thousands of women change their lives and bodies. However whilst working in the fitness industry, I’ve not always been happy in myself...


I’ve tried many, many restrictive diets and followed endless online plans before...

 

(I’ve even got myself extremely lean doing so)

I was ALWAYS on a cycle of extreme restriction - followed by extreme lack of restriction. I was gaining weight, even when trying to lose it. I was totally obsessed with my body and unhappy.

 

 

I realised that I needed to find a method that would finally stop this never ending cycle and give me complete food freedom - whilst still maintaining an “in-shape” look all year round I could finally be happy with.

 

 

After I discovered the method on how to do just that, in just a few months I went from being completely obsessed by the number on the scale, my whole social life determined by my feelings towards my body and food...to having complete food freedom, a lean physique I LOVED and could easily maintain, and finally a happy relationship with my body.

 

I realised that I no longer was interested in telling people how to only lose weight in 12 weeks only to gain it back like I did.

 

I wanted to start TEACHING other women to achieve this freedom, and so my Fight the Diet Transformation Project was born.
